How it can help
Age UK Teesside is a charity which supports older people aged 50+ across the four boroughs of Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland.
They offer multiple services including:
- benefits information and advice;
- befriending services;
- respite for carers;
- support with technology and getting on-line;
- mental health support for older people;
- advice for people diagnosed with Dementia and their carers; and
- local activities and events for older people.
