How it can help
Carers Together offer information and support to carers.
They can provide:
- information, advice and completion of carers initial support assessments;
- support with benefit maximisation and forms;
- free counselling services;
- bereavement support;
- support for working carers;
- young adult carer support;
- carers emergency card scheme;
- weekly activities and events;
- training for carers such as first aid, food hygiene and moving and handling; and
- support for carers of patients in hospital.
