How it can help
Community Integrated Care’s Supported Living services give people a way to live independently in their own homes through personalised support that enables them to reach their goals.
Eligibility
If you would like to apply for supported housing and already have a social worker, you can ask them to help you. If you do not have a social care worker, you should contact Adult Social Care on 01642 771500 to ask for your needs to be assessed.
