How it can help
Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council is responsible for making funeral arrangements if a person dies and:
- no funeral arrangements have been made;
- no relatives of the deceased can be found; and
- the relatives of the deceased cannot or will not arrange a funeral.
Dignity Funeral Services are commissioned on behalf of the Council for public funerals.
