How it can help

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is a free and confidential service for anyone who has concerns about aspects of NHS care that you, a friend or family member has received. 

It exists to listen to patients, their relatives, carers and friends to answer and resolve their queries as quickly as possible but also to improve NHS services.
