Local initiative supporting vulnerable people
How it can help
The South Tees Changing Futures programme is a joint initiative by Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland Council which aims to support vulnerable people in our community.
The programme supports people who fit into two or more of the following issues:
- experiencing domestic abuse;
- homelessness / acute housing issue;
- substance or alcohol misuse;
- mental health issues; and
- repeated contact with the criminal justice system.

Monday: 9:00-17:00
Tuesday: 9:00-17:00
Wednesday: 9:00-17:00
Thursday: 9:00-17:00
Friday: 9:00-16:30
Saturday: Closed
