How it can help
Teesside Ability Support Centre offer day service opportunities to adults with disabilities. Activities include:
- Music and zumba classes;
- Games and IT training;
- Arts, crafts, gardening and cooking;
- Themed events and experiences;
- Trips out to local attractions, leisure facilities and community resources; and
- Therapy sessions, including rebound therapy, relaxation, hydrotherapy and sensory drumming.
