Teesside mind provide support to help manage mental health and emotional wellbeing. Everyone is different so they offer multiple service types.
Services include:
- Redcar and Cleveland Dementia Advice Service;
- counselling, group support and wellbeing courses;
- advocacy;
- self-help information;
- art groups;
- carer support;
- expectant or new mother support; and
- private paid for counselling.
