How it can help
Thirteen is a housing association that provides people living in the North East, Yorkshire and Humber with housing and support.
Most services are specifically for tenants however the following services can be accessed by everyone:
- sheltered accommodation, extra care, aids and adaptations;
- anti-social behaviour;
- employment support;
- support for ex-offenders;
- homelessness prevention; and
- support for those experiencing domestic abuse.
If you are a tenant, you can also get help with managing your money and managing energy in your home.

Thursday: 8:00-19:00
Friday: 8:00-19:00
Saturday: 9:00-15:00
