How it can help
Valorum Care Group provides supported living services within Redcar and Cleveland for individuals with a learning disability or mental health diagnosis. They support people to live as independently as possible and our aim is to learn new life skills to enable them to move on to living in the community in their own home.
Eligibility
If you would like to apply for supported housing and already have a social worker, you can ask them to help you. If you do not have a social care worker, you should contact Adult Social Care on 01642 771500 to ask for your needs to be assessed.
