Community opportunities (also known as day services) provide support and activities for older people or adults with complex needs, including autism and learning disabilities. They can help you, or the person you care for, get out and about and mix with others.
They can help you feel part of the community and provide a wide range of activities for all interests.
You can find a list of community opportunities on the Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council Community Opportunities Framework. These providers have a contract with the Council to deliver community opportunities. We also directly deliver day services as part of our in-house Activity and Wellbeing Service.
