My name is Jane Watson - Shining Stars childminding service I offer childcare all year round. Full/part time. Holidays. Before and after school. Emergency cover( I work bank holidays at a extra cost.) Early mornings if needed (Cost to be discussed.) Local school drop and pick ups . Whale Hill, and Teesville primary schools .

I am 45 married to Karl and we have 2 children. An older child who is now 21 and a younger one 13 I have been in this field for about  27 years and I have been a childminder since 2011. My aim is to offer good quality care.

Shining Stars playhouse is warm, safe, friendly and stimulating environment, making your child feel part of the family. Full range of activities to suit your child. (Birth to 11 years) Fun, friendly and educational. Learning and developing through play. I will regularly plan activities, which will be flexible to meet the needs and interest of the individual children. I operate an equal opportunities service.

Teaching your child through play, which includes an educational Goal. Activities include: Messy play - Sand, water play, Painting, gluing using different materials, Playdoh, chalk board, gardening, cooking, cosy corner, books, playhouse, role play, play tent. musical instruments, construction toys, small world (farm , fire station) toys, cars, jigsaw. computer. A safe outside area with outside equipment.

Playgroup trips and outings to farm, woods, beach, parks. I have certificates in child care . BTEC First in child care, N.N.E.B. Awareness of child abuse, First Aid, and food hygiene, Child Care Home Practitioners. Attended other training courses to help me gain a good childcare setting .  

I would like to share my knowledge and experience with you to care for your children . Learning and developing is very rewarding to your child and gives me job satisfaction. I work in partnership with parents to provide children in my care with a clean, safe loving time, where everyone feels valued. I look forward to hearing from you.
