There is lots of fun things for the children to do and plenty of opportunity for them to learn through play. My setting has a wonderful playroom with Patio doors leading out to a funfilled garden where the children can play and explore till their hearts are content. Within the playroom there are puzzles, arts and crafts, books, games, cars, dolls and lots more. Outside there is a patio area with sand, water and small wheeled toys, then a lawned area with slides, seasaw and trampoline and alongside the garden, the children have a superb playhouse, which becomes a cafe, a Doctor"s surgery, a shop etc just where ever their imagination takes them. As you can see there are lots of fun things for the children to do and plenty of opportunity for them to learn through play. Besides the facilities listed above we make regular visits to playgroups, parks, woods and the beach enhancing their learning and supporting their development. I also have qualifications in NVQ Level 3 Childcare, Learning & Development, British Sign Language Level 1 (BSL1) and a Diploma in baby signing.
