I have been a registered childminder since May 2003. I live within easy walking distance of local amenities such as a play park, leisure centre, library, primary schools and shops. I have a Cache Level 3 Diploma in Home based Childcare, a Cache Level 3 in Childcare, Learning and Development and I am a member of the National Childminding Association. I have a warm and caring atmosphere within my home in which the children and their families feel welcome. My learning environment is organised appropriately to meet all children"s needs, and all toys are age appropriate. The children enjoy regular outings to play groups, parks, soft play areas and museums. They are offered a balanced nutritious lunch, and snacks and drinks are available throughout the day. I have a large enclosed rear garden with a variety of outdoor toys.
