Springboard is one of the largest and longest established training providers in the North East of England. Over the past 40 years we have grown into a vibrant organisation with excellent premises and facilities across Sunderland, South Tyneside, East Durham and Hartlepool offering a wide range of training courses and employment opportunities, including traineeships and apprenticeships.

Youth Employment, Education and Skills Services at The Junction Foundation offer young people a dedicated 1-1 Support Worker to work with them to help them to progress into Education, Employment, Training or Self-Employment.
