Part-time Timetable Notification
In line with the DFE Guidance, Working together to improve school attendance, we have updated our part-time timetable documentation for this academic year. Schools should complete the below documents if a child is needing to access a part time timetable:

Part-time Timetable notification, which should be signed by parent and school whenever a part-time timetable is agreed or reviewed. Please send any notifications to reducedtimetable@redcar-cleveland.gov.uk

Part-time Timetable Return, which should be completed and returned every half-term. Please respond with “nil” return if you do not have any pupils on a part-time timetable.

Please note that pupils should be coded C2 – Leave of absence for a compulsory school age pupil subject to a part-time timetable – for the times that they are not expected to attend school under the part-time timetable agreement.
