Tees Valley Sleep Service
The Tees Valley Sleep Service is delivered across the Tees Valley by Sleep Action trained practitioners from the Health Visiting & School Nursing Team and the Family Support Team at Daisy Chain.
How it can help
Using a tiered approach, the service provides telephone support & resources, Parent Sleep Support Sessions and 1:1 sleep assessments which, if all tiers have been accessed, can include the creation of a bespoke sleep plan. The service can be accessed by families if your child has an additional health or development need and is between the age of 2 ½ and 18 years.
