Exceptional Individuals also works with employers through paid neurodiversity training, workplace audits, recruitment support and Disability Confident guidance, helping organisations create more inclusive workplaces.
The service helps neurodivergent young people and adults understand their strengths, build confidence and prepare for employment. Support can include help with CVs, career planning, interview preparation, finding suitable roles and understanding workplace support.
16–25 years for the SEND-focused service. Exceptional Individuals also supports neurodivergent adults over the age of 25 through its wider employment and career services.
The service is available to neurodivergent people across the UK, including people with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, Tourette’s syndrome and other neurodivergences. Support is delivered online, so there is no requirement to live near a physical service location.
