Botton Social Farm Activity and Wellbeing Service
Botton Social Farm is based on a farm. Offering real world work placements to adults in horticulture, agriculture and independent living skills.
How it can help
Botton Village is a place where people develop skills, it's a thriving community in a stunning location with its own Village Hall, the Joan of Arc Hall, which provides a venue for performances and gatherings. There is also a Village Store and cafe.
We want people to develop as individuals, everyone is involved in the decision making. We support individuals to reach their aspirations, however big or small.
Working with our livestock; pigs, sheep, cows and chickens, or working in our horticultural areas including large polytunnels as well as walking, social events such as sports, visits to farmers markets and local shows. All tasks will be aimed at building people’s confidence, skills and a greater sense of self-worth.
