If your child has a medical diagnosis and/or has an EHCP or is on the SEND register at school, they may qualify to be on the Children and Young People's Disability Register. To register your child or young person, please click the link above or on the front page of the Local Offer, to complete the registration form. This will then be sent for approval and you should hear from us within a few days.
