Not sure if you are an unpaid carer?
Many of us look after someone - they could be our partner, children, friend or neighbour. The people we care for may have a disability, long-term health condition or be dealing with addiction, and without us, they couldn't cope. Plus, this is not something we get paid for doing. If this sounds like you - you are most likely a carer.
