The Junction has launched a new initiative to help people in need across Tees Valley. The Junction Multibank is the 5th Multibank in the UK. Leaders of Stockton, Redcar and Cleveland, Hartlepool and Middlesbrough councils have each contributed £25,000 to the project. The Multibank is a 12,000 sq ft donations hub to provide brand new items for social workers, teachers and community groups to distribute to the people who need it.
Surplus items donated by Amazon and other supporting businesses will include clothes, toiletries, hygiene products and bedding.
