We would like to ask parents, carers, and professionals within all our services (for example: in school, Local Authority, health and mental health services) if they would complete a feedback survey for the new Redcar and Cleveland Information Directory (RaCID). The RaCID has now been live since April 1st, 2024, and we hope that it has made finding information about local services much more accessible for all. We are much more able to make changes to the new site to improve usability and therefore we would really appreciate your feedback to enable us to continually improve the site.
Please can you share this with your families and with the professionals within your school environment. There is a closing date of the 1st December 2024.
