Age-Friendly Communities Event 1st October

Come joins us as we celebrate International Older Persons Day on the 1st October 2025.

When: 1st October 2025 Drop-in between 10:00-15:00 (See below for details of scheduled activities)

What to expect: Entertainment, information stalls, activities hosted by The Shed and Wellbeing Plus, refreshments and more.

12:00- Wellbeing Walk (Meet outside the civic for a gentle walk to Locke Park)

13:00- Let's Sing

14:00- Easington Tappers

Activities at Redcar Library:

10:00- Seated Exercise

11:00- International Yoga

11:45- Herbs for Health and Happiness

13:00- Seated Exercise
