How it can help
Real Life Options is a provider of person centred care for people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
To complement our core services, we provide personalised care at home support for older people, enabling them to retain their independence whilst continuing to live in their own home
Eligibility
If you would like to apply for supported housing and already have a social worker, you can ask them to help you. If you do not have a social care worker, you should contact Adult Social Care on 01642 771500 to ask for your needs to be assessed.
