How it can help
South Tees Stroke Recovery Service is part of the Stroke Association. The service can offer you opportunities to rebuild confidence and independence, and help you to rebuild your life after stroke. The service can also support families the the carers of people impacted by stroke.
The service offers:
- coordinated support throughout your stroke journey;
- home visits and/or regular telephone calls;
- emotional support;
- tailored information;
- assistance with accessing community-based support; and
- signposting to other relevant organisations.
