Kooth is an online counselling and emotional well-being platform for children and young people that is accessible by laptop, phone, tablet and computer. The platform is free, safe, confidential and anonymous and offers various forms of support to young people such as; live chat platform with Kooth counsellors, articles written by young people and daily journal entry.

The South Tees Changing Futures programme is a joint initiative by Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland Councils enabling all local organisations to work in partnership to better support those who experience multiple disadvantages. The South Tees programme is one of fifteen partnerships nationwide that successfully bid for funding from the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) and The National Lottery Community Fund.
