Mainstream Schools with Additionally Resourced Provision

Currently we have two secondary schools who have additionally resourced provision where places are allocated via the Local Authority. We are working with secondary schools in Redcar and Cleveland to open more ARP's in September 2026.

The two local authority funded ARP's are at: Freebrough Academy in Brotton and Outwood Normanby in Eston.

We also have five primary schools who have additionally resourced provision which have funded places allocated by the Local Authority. These are: St Peter's Primary, Dormanstown Primary, South Bank Primary, Grangetown Primary. These schools have children with a range of SEND needs and must have an EHCP to be allocated a place. We also have Overfields which is a speech and language base - children do not need an EHCP to access this provision but must be known to Speech and Language Therapy Services and are allocated through a panel of professionals.

Here you will find information about our mainstream schools who have Additionally Resourced Provision.
