My Autism My Home – New Tees Valley Independent Living Service

Daisy Chain is proud to announce that on the 1st of February 2021 we will be launching a specialist independent living training and advice service. Residents with Autism and associated neurodiversity needs, residing within the Tees Valley will for the first time, have access to specialist targeted support.

South Tees Changing Futures

The South Tees Changing Futures programme is a joint initiative by Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland Councils enabling all local organisations to work in partnership to better support those who experience multiple disadvantages. The South Tees programme is one of fifteen partnerships nationwide that successfully bid for funding from the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) and The National Lottery Community Fund.
