The team supports young people aged 0-18 years and their families, no matter where they are on their autism, ADHD, sensory processing or Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) journey.

At Finchale, we provide a range of programmes tailored to suit your individual needs.
Through our employment programmes we can help with:
- Employability support including searching, applying for work and interview skills.

- Job Skills.

HeadStart is a responsive programme; working on individual school priorities and using methods that complement current school approaches to support mental health in young people.

The InsideOut team will work with, and in, schools, delivering the whole school approach to mental health and wellbeing and will support children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues.

We deliver a range of Apprenticeships and advanced apprenticeships in Business Administration, Customer Service, ICT, Sales and Telesales, Supporting Teaching, Learning in School, Team leading and Management.

Assisted living residence that provide care services for people with learning disabilities.

A youth group for young people aged between 10 and 16 years of age with a variety of disabilities and individual needs.  Sessions are term time only and run between 4:30 and 6:30 on a Thursday evening.

Kooth is an online counselling and emotional well-being platform for children and young people that is accessible by laptop, phone, tablet and computer. The platform is free, safe, confidential and anonymous and offers various forms of support to young people such as; live chat platform with Kooth counsellors, articles written by young people and daily journal entry.

Redcar and Cleveland is a leading local charity that provides confidential services for people experiencing emotional or mental health problems and their families.
MIND offer many support services such as; stress management, open mind therapy, peer support groups/training, mindful relaxation etc.
